Eight-week program leading to the “Diploma in United Kingdom Trademark Law” and preparation for the “United Kingdom Trademark Attorney” licensing examinations for those requesting to be listed in the Register of Trade Mark Agents in the United Kingdom further to the provisions of Trade Mark Acts of 1994, Section 83 and the Patent Attorney and Trade Mark Attorney Qualification and Registration Regulations of 2009.

I understand that, upon my acceptance to the Academy of Intellectual Property Law, a matriculation fee of $200 is requested to hold my place in the session. I understand that the matriculation fee is non-refundable. Checks may be made payable to "The Academy of Intellectual Property Law."
I understand that students who withdraw from a course within the first week may request a partial refund. A pro-rata refund of tuition shall be made within thirty days. I understand that Application Fees, Matriculation Fees, and the cost of educational materials cannot be refunded. I understand that students who receive Scholarships or Travel Grants are not permitted refunds, in excess of tuition fees paid, in the event of their withdrawal from the program
