Program Overview

Eight-week program leading to the “Diploma in United Kingdom Trademark Law” is preparation for the “United Kingdom Trademark Attorney” licensing examinations for those requesting to be listed in the Register of Trade Mark Agents in the United Kingdom further to the provisions of Trade Mark Acts of 1994, Section 83 and the Patent Attorney and Trade Mark Attorney Qualification and Registration Regulations of 2009.
